Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of items that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon receipt
  • Incorrect items (different from what you ordered)
  • Missing components or accessories as described in the product listing

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, whenever possible
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, and documentation

Please note: Some items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons or other specific circumstances. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  5. Include a copy of your invoice and the RMA number with your return.
  6. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.

Full Refunds

We offer full refunds for:

  • Items returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged products reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Incorrect items shipped by our error

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Items missing parts, accessories, or documentation
  • Items returned without original packaging (where packaging is an essential part of the product)

Non-Refundable Items and Costs

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Gift wrapping fees
  • Expedited shipping charges (we will refund the standard shipping amount)
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or final sale

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., different size or color), please follow the return process above and specify that you would like an exchange rather than a refund. If the replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you once we receive your return.

For exchanges to a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if relevant)

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and will either replace the item or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 14 business days from our confirmation email, please check the following:

  • Your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • Contact your bank to ensure there are no pending issues with your account

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are eligible for returns under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

Please note that refunds for sale items will be based on the price you paid, not the current selling price.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the original purchase. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops an issue after the 30-day return period but within the warranty period, please refer to the warranty information provided with your product or contact our customer service team for assistance with warranty claims.

Warranty coverage varies by product and typically covers manufacturing defects but not damage due to accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

International Returns

For international orders, the same refund policy applies, but please note:

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs
